We are a US transport company. In 2023-24, we commissioned Global Logistic Projects, which was based in Switzerland at the time. We paid all invoices on time, several hundred thousand USD.

Then we learned that Patrick Eckert had not paid the companies carrying out the work. He admitted that he had had to use the money “for other purposes” and that we would get it back “within three days.” He sent bank statements, but the money never arrived. The documents were apparently forged.

Then there was radio silence. We found out that Global Logistics Projects AG in Basel had filed for bankruptcy at the end of 2024. Patrick was said to have moved to Abu Dhabi. In fact, he now runs Global Logistics Projects UAE Ltd from there
